Foreign Exchange Ar Yuma I-lion MARIA HOLM SWEDEN Here on the Fort Yuma Rotary Club is Na- mani Tsukasaki. She is from Toyota. Japan. Manami is 48 years old and a senior at Yuma High. She has stayed with three host famiies. Vonne and Karen Mcklaus. Bill and Nance Harris. and Bernard Ho werton. Manami plays the base drum in the band. She enjoys many sports including softball. football tennis, and baseball. Special thanks goes to her host famiies. all her teachers. the Rotary Club, and all the friends she made. She will bring home a lot of good times. Marian Reid is a foreign exchange student from Havelock North. New Zealand. She was sponcered by the Fort Yuma Rotary. Marian came to Yuma in January 4982 and left for New Zealand in January 4983. She graduated with the Class of 82. Marian has stayed with three separate host families. Carol and R. L. Sullivan, David and Betsy Broyles. and John and Maggie Gard. Marian would like to thank all the teachers and counselors for being there. her three host families, all the students for excepting her, and some very special friends she made on the way.
