They Do It With Honors! Top scholars and leaders achieved one of Yukon's highest honors by being inducted into the National Honor Society. The local NHS Chapter, 95 members strong, made themselves known to faculty and students by sponsoring Na- tional Education Week. During the week's festivities they prepared re- freshments for the teachers, took over classes, collected items from local merchants for goodie bags for students and teachers alike. Among other activities NHS spon- sored a Valentine Express where they sold and delivered economy, fancy, and singing valentines through the halls of the high school. They also maintained a tu- toring service for grade school and high school students. To be considered for member- ship one must be a junior or senior displaying qualities in leadership, character and services. As evi- denced by their past activities it ap- pears to be a challenging and worthwhile organization. 3 ' .C ,X vi. ' J Junior NHS members: Row 1: Ms. Mill- er, T. Mills, R. Marquis, T. Boyd, H.
