Frosh Team Placed 2nd in S A L With the leadership abilities and great coaching of lVlr. Morgan and lVlr. Arend, this years Freshmen team certainly had a year to remember. The team compiled a 6-1 record to place second in the league. Robert lVlc Clain, lVlost Valuable Offensive Player, led the team in rushing with 656 yards for six touchdowns. Bobby Jones was voted lVlost Valuable Defen- sive Player with over sixty tackles and assists Other fine players included lVlark Thomas, Ken Gierloff, and Greg Geary. lVlany excellent players led the team through the entire season, and will be playing on Varsity and J .V, teams next year.
