They co-ordinate all the games and social events that take place during the year, make out and control budgets and see that all is going as the students wish. The Student Body President represents the student body and runs all the assemblies. The Commissioner of Athletics or Vice President is President of the Senate, handles all the Athletic Awards, and keeps the bulletin board and the school score- book up to date. The Commissioner of Social Activities sets the dates for the dances and is in charge of all rallies and the exchange assemblies. The Commissioner Secretary keeps the minutes of all Commissioners' meetings and handles all the records in the Commissioners' office. The Commissioner of Finance sends out the bills and receipts, heads the magazine sale, oversees the earnings and expenditures of the whole school, and is all-around workhorse of the Commissioners. The Commissioner of Clubs handles the elections and is the co-ordinator of club activities.
