The Vanguards are a group of Senior girls selected for outstanding service to the school. Maybelle Accito holds the office of President, while Eileen Ewertsen is Secretary. Smith, Jerry McCorkIe The Chess Club is made up of Chess en- thusiasts who band together for the sole purpose of enjoying the game. The ad- visor of this club is Mr. Smith. QU QPS Yell Leaders-Varsity Top Row-Barbara Roper, Clinton Crabtree, Mary Trigueiro. Jr. Varsity-Bottom Row-Karen Kiebert, Sue Milchoefer, Kenne Rhodes. This years' yell leaders were outstanding in their service to the school. They char- tered rooter's buses and helped boost school spirit. 35
