Senior English students test their knowledge while taking their semester exams. Cyrano de Bergerac, presented by the Thespians at Ysleta and TWC, is viewed by the high school audience. 22 Mid-term exams inspired a sudden wave of intense concentration and study during the month of January. With semester change, some stu d e n t s began new courses, while others took up a different phase ofthe same one. Honor societies busily planned programs and assemblies, either presented for the student body or for a special audience. Following the Quill and Scroll initiation of members, Diana Harrison Bruce Borrett, Eddie Trujillo, Mrs. Nancy Hoben and a student from South Loop Grade School attend the special reception.
