During the past six years the district's school enrollment has increased from approximately 4,000 to more than 10,000, with an anticipated 11,000 when the schools re-open in September. To the four elementary school buildings and the high school plant ol 1950 have been added lout buildings, with two more scheduled lor use in the 1956-57 school year. Additions to all live ol the original buildings have also provided classrooms and other facilities to keep pace with modern educa- tional trends.
