prsegss80881| Principal Burton Aldrich and his secretary, Mrs. Painter Administrators Help Students Shape Futures At the very front of Ypsilanti High and comprising the nerve center of all educational happenings are the busy offices of Principal Burton R. Aldrich and Assistant Principal Hodley Cox. It is within these offices that all guidelines and all standards for making Ypsilanti High the pride-worthy school it is are established. Assisting in the shaping of students’ futures is the Board of Education which provides us with the best facilities available. Superintendent Raymond Barber and Assistant Superintendent John Salcau administer the Board's policies in its attempts to improve the educational standards in Ypsilanti. This year’s main objective, the planning of the new Ypsilanti High—to be built in the near future—has been the team effort of the entire administration.
