S. yearbook to Miss Gertrude Murray. Miss Murray has done an outstanding job as advisor of the Student Council. Two of the major projects which illustrate the work of the Student Council are the purchase of the organ in the auditorium andthe display cases and planters in the front of the school. Besides being advisor of the Student Coun- cil, Miss Murray is head of the Business Education Department, a member of the M. E.A. and N. E. A., a charter and life mem- ber of M. B. E. A. as well as being past presi- dent of thatorganization, and is also a mem- ber of the North Central Business Education Association. This is only a small way in which we can show our appreciation to Miss Murray for what she has done for the students of Ypsi- lanti High School. This year Miss Murray will retire. She willlong be remembered for her outstanding contribution and inspiration to the students and life of YHS. : os ET سے‎ a | | d | i Ма a [1 c =, Ф anal Boga (Dan Bogart) r she had been The seniors worked hard ontheir float, Miss Deanna chosen ''Miss United Fund.
