The new Sportsman Club has been organized by Mr. Waddell to encourage boys in the fields of hunting, fishing, camping, and other outdoor sports. Several films from the Pennsylvania Game Commission were viewed. Demonstrations and discussions of the new equipment used in hunt- ing and fishing were observed and held by the members during the year. This organization is open to all boys from seventh to twelfth grades.

McgHE1iand1erfS'ecre g ur ef v ' The F.H.A. is a national organization of home-economic students. The members of the F.H.A. worked on their junior, chapter, and state degrees this year. Nancy Deshner received her state degree which is the highest degree given. The award was presented to her in Harrisburg on January 15, 1964. The F.H.A. had a Christmas party at which they exchanged gifts. ln order to raise money, they sold cookbooks, with the girl selling the most receiving a free cookbook. The following girls attended the Farm Show in Harrisburg on January 13, 14, and 15 of this year: Nancy Deshner, Frances Etter, Pat Love, Jane Mourer, Linda Wiler, and ,lane Zurcher.
