On the visit the club members study language, history, and the cul- ure of the country they are visiting. The members of the club learn the alphabet, a few folk songs of each country, and also, a few common expressions in the language of the coun- try they are currently studying. EARLY in the WINTER, the Language Club took a trip to War- ren 'ro hear a lecture on the origin of languages. On May 8th the Language Club combined with the Russian Club of Warren for a banquet at Warren, The Language Club pro- vided the entertainment which consisted of Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, and Latin songs. The program was in the form of a dialogue and was basically Russian.
