HOIR The choir and band held its annual spring concert on May 26. Before Christmas vacation, during a special assembly, the choir entertained us with Christ- mas Carols and told of their origin. INTERVIEWING Dennis Clark for an article concerning the Poetry Contest are Linda Rensma and Thelma Wiler. STUDENTS in BROADWALK spent their time learning the fundamentals of journalism. They did not publish a true school newspaper, rather, they supplied a block of news to the Youngsville Courier, local newspaper, under Their by-lines. GOAL is EVENTUALLY to have a successful school newspaper. The name Broadwalk was kept because the students like the traditional name. 84
