They did not publish a true school newspaper, rather, they supplied a block of news to the Youngsville Courier, local newspaper, under Their by-lines. GOAL is EVENTUALLY to have a successful school newspaper. The name Broadwalk was kept because the students like the traditional name. 84

HOIR The choir and band held its annual spring concert on May 26. Before Christmas vacation, during a special assembly, the choir entertained us with Christ- mas Carols and told of their origin.
