'. I.:-4 Thou would walk for hours. Once, many years ago, a father and his young son were walking together down the path which led to and from their village. They would walk for hours, as they were most accustomed to, examining everything that they came upon with the most detailed curiosity. Many times they would stop and investigate the same plant or tree or rock two or even three times in the same walk for they were actu- ally walklng in somewhat of a cir- cle, and though the father knew that they were walking in a large clrcle about their home, he pre- ferred not to tell the boy, lest the boy should become disenchant-, ed should he discover that many of their objects of inspection were not new and different.
