I 1 DEAN R. L. MILLER Dean Robert L. Miller came to Youngstown College in August 1946 as a full-time assistant professor. After graduating from Ohio State University, where he received the degree of B. S. in Business Adminis- tration, he became instructor in business organization at Capital University. From 1942 through 1945 he served in the Army. In 1949 he was appointed Dean of the School of Business Administration at Youngstown College. M. ELLIS Mr. Frank M. Ellis became Acting Dean of the William Rayen School of Engineering in the Spring of l95O, following the death of Dean Louis Deesz. He has been a professor in the engineering school since Septem- ber l945. Mr. Ellis is also head of the Physics and Mathematics Depart- ments. He received his B. S. degree in Mathematics from Carnegie Institute ot Technology and his M. Ed. from the the University of Pittsburgh.
