'4 77Ze44cz9e It is only fitting that the 1946 Neon is gratefully dedicated to you men and women who have re- turned to Youngstown College from years in the services. You have come to us enriched with the experi- ence of having met successfully situations which were difficult and demanding beyond measure. The wisdom you will find in college is of another sort. I believe that you, in the deeper understanding gained from your war years, already expect to find here values beyond simple preparation for your chosen careers, standards of integrity on which to base the new structure of personal and national and international life which you must build. I can think of no better wish for your college years than that you will learn to know and ap- preciate these high standards. Deans W DR. GEORGE M. WILCOX. Deon of the College l DR. IOSEPH E. SMITH.
