When we stop for a late lunch, We see VINCENT FODERO, CHARLES GROSSO, and ROBERT HOWATT making sodas for the good looking sailors MARTY REICHERT, TOMMY DOWNES, IIMMY SHORT, TOMMY MURRAY, and IOE DUNN. We also notice a poster advertising a boxing match to be held in Madison Square Garden, featuring CHARLES ITALIANO. As We go down to railroad station, we see returning from a national con- ference of airplane workers, flyers ANTHONY RABASCO and DOUGLAS McKAY, ace aircraft mechanic WALTER RABBITT, and airplane hostesses TAPPY BURRILL and SARA MORTIMER. Other celebrities we notice are agricultural engineer THOMAS BRODER, who is making quite a name for himself in the West, CHARLES SCHALLER, winner of the Indianapolis speed- way of 19525 famous south sea traveller and lecturer BILL POELLMITZQ African explorers CHARLES NIEWENHAUS and ROBERT MCKENNA twho, incidentally, took up exploring only after trying futilely to get a job as a Floradora girl for five yearsly DOROTHY SMITH, famous child psychologist, and FRANK COOMBS, combustion engineer on the U.S.S. Neversale. CHARLES CAL- DERARA, photographer for Life Magazine, is shooting photos of these famous '42 graduates. At present he has cornered IACK DEMPSEY, former Notre Dame star and now head coach of the team, and CARMINE SCOCA, who has just replaced Ioe Di Maggio as center fielder for the N. Y. Yankees. FRANCIS HENNESSEY, IOSEPH MAXCEY, IAMES MCGOEY, LEO SALCH, and E. I. ROBERTS are all privates in the U. S. Army. They didn't know what they wanted to do so Uncle Sam decided for them. MEMORIES The hands go round the clock each day As ure do our job and go our ufay. We think but little of what time means And uforry less of life's past scenes. When hours are gone and minutes lost, It's like pleasures past and rivers crossed. But it's good to relax and recall once more Those happy thoughts of our mind's vast store.
