He served for three years as an enlisted man in the Air Forceln 1963 he was graduated from Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama, with the Bachelor of Arts Degree. ln 1966 he was graduated from South- eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, North Car0lina,with the Master of Divinity Degree. Chaplain Robinson is an ordained Baptist minister and has served pastorates in Alabama and North Carolina. Chaplain Robinson has served with the Second Marine Aircraft Wing, Cherry Point, North Carolinag liscort Squadron SIX, Marine Aircraft Group - 26, New River, North Carolina: Naval Forces Viet Nam, Naval Hospital, Key West and Naval Station Key West. ln addition he has had three months training in Clinical Pastoral lid ueation at Naval Hospital, San Diego, in conjunction with postgraduate work at Loma Linda University. Chaplain Robinsonls medals and awards are Navy Commendation Medal with Combat MV , Combat Action Ribbon. Navy Unit Commendation, National Defense Service Medal. Republic ot' Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Republic of Vietnam Meritorious Unit Citation tCivil Action Medall. Chaplain Robinson is married to the tormcr Laura Marie Piper ofDora Alabama. They have a son, David, and a daughter. Amanda, and resideirt Jacksonville, Florida.
