Our colors were red and white, and our flower was the red rose. Gur motto Toward New Horizons, denotes our purpose. Our advisor was Miss Barra, and we elected Marian Hester as our chapter mother at the beginning of the year. Some of our projects were: selling barbeques at noon, selling cards, cake raffles and sending Christmas boxes overseas. A few of our socials were a hayride, slumber party, and various movies throughout the year. The F. H. A. chapter has had an enjoyable time together, and will look forward to the coming years' success. 39
