Dale Perkins Iane Fisher, Bud Bretthauer 1 Humor Editor , ,, William Kahle lf, during the course of the year, you have seen various seniors carrying around large cardboards and bottles of paste, they probably were Working on what you are reading now. After Weeks of intense concentration and effort, due to the determined prodding of Bernice and Miss Davis, everyone finally turned in all their write-ups and snaps. Contingents stayed after school each night in the final week be- fore each lay-out Was due, to type, paste, and figure out who was the blurr in the back row . With satis- faction and relief We finally put this in a box and shipped it off to the printers. The class of '47 has Worked hard to make this full of the memories of the past year. We leave behind us Y.H.S., but take with us this reminder of four wonderful years of high school. Y-HI-TIMES Newspaper meetings often turn out to be a riot, everyone madly scribbling out their own version of Snoop Thanks to Miss Spencers able help, and Editor Ruth Ahrens persistence, many fine editions have been turned out. Other members of the staff are: Assistant Editor, Orlo Smithg Sports Editor, Ralph Glenn, Feature Editor, Mary E. Larson, Hum or Editor, Lots Glenn, and many reporters. The typists are Alyce Siebert, Shirley Mason, and Alice Nash. The pages of every issue have been nicely decorated by our art department consisting of lane Fisher, fa nice Bjelland, and Helen Marklein. The staff has worked hard this year to put out your issues of Y-Hi-Times and hope to have a bigger and better paper next year.
