Charity was really quite painless announces the last winner. i i in the form of raffle tickets handled in turn by Officers, Chiefs, and PO,s. There was a great deal of enthusiasm shown by both ticket salesmen, who each guaranteed a winner everytime, and buyers, who thought perhaps he might be the winner.
