For some it means assuming a horizontal position in the rack. For others, the same position on the flight deck, getting a little sun, and for others there are hundreds of activities to occupy their leisure time. The LADY offers a hobby shop Where her men can pursue such interests as leather-craft, model buildlng, plastic Work, fly-tying and Wood work. The list is unending. For the literary minded, the ship's library maintains a complete cross-section of books and magazines. Reading time is not hard to find for the average sailor. The nature lovers are a bit more hard pressed for activity, but judging from the number of people on the flight deck absorbing the sun, observing the clouds, or just looking for flying fish, the LADY has quite a fevv of these on' board. Volleyball and basketball are among the favorite active sports on the Yorktown. Softball is the run-away favorite activity when in port. lf 7 If I only had a beer. Sleeping in the noon day sun.
