PHI THET KAPPA Phi Theta Kappa is a national honor fraternity for junior college students whose purpose is to recognize and encourage scholarship and to provide opportunity for the development of leadership and service. To be eli- gible for membership in the York TEC chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, a student must be enrolled in one of the following: College Transfer, Data Processing, General Business, Accounting, Medical Lab Technology, Radiologic Technology, Nursing, Civil Engineer- ing, Electronics Engineering, Engineering Graphics, Gen- eral Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Management. In addition, a student must be fulltime and must complete two quarters of a two-year program. He must have a G.P.R. of 3.5 or higher and should be of good moral character and should possess recognized qualities of citizenship as judged by the faculty.
