Humanities Department Teams Up For Diverse Topic Offerings The Humanities Department was divided into five separate sections under team leaders. The Fine Arts section, headed by Mr. Sullivan, included such courses as art, music, band, speech, drama and even psychology. World, American, And Fine Arts Studies Broaden Student’s Knowledge Base The World Studies teams spent their time working on improving our knowledge of everything from Shakespeare to T.S. Eliot. The literature based group was led by Mrs. Rush. American Studies under Mr. Zalumas dealt with history and government. Courses encompass a wide variety from the American Indian to the workings of modern day political systems. Mrs. Hansford receives a gift at the football game in her honor.
