L. to R.; Mr. Erasmi, Mrs. Buck, Mrs. Newcomb, Mrs. Atkins, Mrs. Gist, Mr. Poole. Absent: Mrs. Gregory. Guidance Few people appreciate all the hard work the guidance department puts into running the school. The counselors drove themselves crazy keeping track of the students and trying to arrange everyone ' s schedule to suit them, and the secretaries, Mrs. Atkins and Mrs. Newcomb, were kept more than busy just trying to organize everything. A word should also be put in for the guidance aides who were busy doing anything they could to help with the work load and give the counselors more time with the students. Without this vital group of people, the school could not have survived. ! « Mrs. Worst, a permanent substitute, smilingly takes over teacherless classes. 23
