The Gata Social Club is a united group of girls who strive to further themselves in social, spiritual, and recreational activities. Throughout the year they are involved in the club sports, blood drives, and other pro- jects to advance York College or other spe- cial interests. The letters G-A-T-A stand for Girls Aim Toward Achievement. They strive for this achievement throughout the year. A couple of major projects for the Gatas are Homecoming and Valentines Post Office. They are proud to be Gatas and are proud to be a part of York College.
