During the year, this group, led by Dvorah Geld, Charlotte Moschel, and Gloria Strulowitz, leamed new and exotic Israeli folk dances and Israeli modern dances. This year the Dramatics Clubs, under thc nblc leadership of Sivia Adams and Gladys Zweibel, have fully explored the ever- fascinating world of drama. Club members discussed and demon- strated face expression, pantomime, adlibbing, and various other methods of acting. After spending some time in the Dramatics Club, our Sara Bernhrdts will be able to see their names up in lights.

Qlef CM 7 Germ? cl-fees DIET CLUB Leader: Evelyn Ritholtz, Advisarg Miss Epstein. Central decided to try a new experi- iw ment. A Diet Club was added to the long list of activities. Miss Z. Epstein and Evelyn Ritholtz volunteered to head the ff 4 if ,r club. To this club flocked the thin girls as well as those slightly overweight. Every Wednesday upon entering the room you would find the girls huffing and pufiing, hoping that this time they would touch their toes. Special low caloric diets were planned while the girls munched quietly on their candy bars. The Diet Club's goal was to teach the girls how to perfect their appearances and ersonalities, so, if ou do not succeed at P Y first, try, try again! lt t fff get fan jwirgng Black and blue elbows and blistered fingers are all part of learning how to twirl a baton. Once the girls get the knack of it, after the wonderful instruc- tion by Saundra Hamm, there's no stopping them. So, if you happen to pass by our club while we are practicing, be careful.
