The second lap of the voyage was to begin our Sophomore year. We were now well seasoned to the ways of ship life. We presented the Sophomore Hop, winning wide acclaim for its success. We pulled into port for three months, returning to ship as juniors. During this phase of our journey we presented the junior Prom and the junior Play, L'Ghost in the Belfry. Again we returned to port, and took off to sea South by Southeast as Seniors, determined to finish our exodus in a blaze of glory, starting by presenting 'LSpring Fever as our Senior Play, followed by several minor activities, and ending our year by making an enormous success of the Senior Ball. Leaving ship for the last time, We gathered together and found that eleven members of the class, Bob Kosola, Dorothy Hammerschmith, joe Sokolik, Marilyn Brand, Fred Wallin, Donna Story, joe Nicolich, Margaret Vancil, Ed Thompson, Freda Garnett, and Don Ettinger had been sailing on Yelm ships since the first grade. We also found that Joyce Stevenson, Elva Gsborn, Dorothy Hammerschmith, Mildred Marshall, Ramona Kominf ski, Grayce Booth, and Bob Smith were graduating with Torch honors. 'W u euoir . Y Ky?
