He is a civil, electrical, and mechanical engineer, and is chief engineer of the Pittsburgh Railways Company, and the Duquesne Light Company. Fritz prepared at Shady Side Academy CPittsburghj and at Phillips-Exeter. He Went out for hockey. He has roomed at 124 Wall Street, alone, for the three years.
