His mother's name was Helen Stack, and she lived in Middletown, Conn., before her marriage. William V. Griffin, 1908 L., and 1912, is a relative. His father, Herbert Lawrence Parker, was born in Pepperell, Mass., in 1854, and is president of the Emerson Electrical Manufacturing Company. His mother 's maiden name was Emily Lizzett King, and she lived in Morgan Park, Ill., before her marriage. There are two sons and three daughters in the family. He prepared at Smith Academy in St. Louis, Mo., and at Lawrenceville. He is taking the four-year course. On entering Sheff he was a member of the Freshman Mandolin Club, and is at present a member of Lawrenceville Club. Southern Club.

He was a banker. His mother Was Mary Boynton Dill of Clearfield, Pa. John Patton, '82, John W. Patton, ea:-'09 S., and Jonathan Boynton Dill, '93, are Yale relatives. He prepared at the Pavvling School, and at Andover. He Was on the University and Freshman Baseball squads, played on the Class Baseball Team in 1914-15, and the Freshman Hockey Team. Andover Club.
