Yale and Princeton announced the topic of their annual humorous debate, Resolved: that the Kinsey Report is a compliment to the American Woman ; and a group of Princeton undergraduates were arrested, fined, and pun- ished for painting orange P ' s and Tigers on several buildings on fraternity row. For the first time in five years, all forty-eight states were represented at Y ' ale, as Peter Jackson en- tered from Nevada. In a new handbook, The Teaching of For- eign Languages in the Elementary School, Dr. Theodore Andersson, Yale language ex- pert, stated that between the ages of four and six, children can learn to speak several lan- guages, mixing them at will, without slowing their grasp of the mother tongue.
