With all the responsibilities on today’s teenagers, one can’t get by without a job of some sort. Most High School students are employed at a restaurant of some sort. Many Yale residents work at either A W or C.J.’s. The minimum wage is $3.35, so a student today would get paid about $98.00 for a 40-hour week. With today’s high prices, how are today’s teenagers expected to live in the outside world on their own? They are always trying to keep up with today’s latest fads, fash- ions, music, and cars.
