He has also done graduate work at U. of M. The successful publication of a school yearbook means a lot to the students who put in the time and do the work. The collection of memories is worth while, and they will become more valuable to the schoolmates in the future. The school district administration approves wholeheartedly of projects of this type, because this is a fine application of skills learned in earlier grades. In addition, the combined efforts of collecting and editing the chapters, and soliciting and writing the advertising show the students involved how a com- mercial enterprise works. Congratulations to the Bulldog Staff for completing their project, the 1964 Bulldog. Congratulations to the Class of 1964 for completing their project - finishing their education! Working with the wonderful people of Yale - both parents and students - has made us happy we chose to come here. Philip Hanson Superintendent of Schools Mr. Warren Dolsen, Principal of Yale High School, is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he obtained his Master ' s degree from University of Michigan. They were Dave Chandler, Dan Hillis, Pat Kleitch, Don Mclvor, Allen Meharg, Doug Ostrander, Dennis Roy, Bob Sampson, and Don Yuhasz. Coach Larry Goulding remarked of the 63-64, We had a lack of lettermen that resulted in a lack of experience, however, the boys tried hard and improved greatly by the end of the season. The spirit and morale of the team will be a fine example to future Bulldog teams. They showed steady improvement as the season progressed, and they always displayed good sportsmanship. The players were good repre- sentatives of their school and community and were a team that we all could be proud of. The Bulldogs had three Seniors on the starting line-up: Dan Hillis, Leo Carson, and Lee Davis. Other Seniors on the team were: Dave Seaton and Pat Kleitch. These boys will be missed by their teammates next year. Returning Lettermen for next season will include Jerry Winkler, Bob Johnson, Bob Miller, Tom Bennett, and Bill Maplethorpe. 64 A sure two points. 65 COLEEN CONROY LORY BULLOCK BETTY SEATON RUTH ANN TICE Co- Captain Co- Captain h e e r I e a d e r s Sue Manley, Coleen Conioy, Nancy Meharg, Betty Lou Sea- ton, Lory Jean Bullock, Sharon Sasseen, Lynn Lucas, Linda Stone.
