SCHOOL PATRIOTISM The war has focused attention on the fact that thousands of highly skilled and technically trained men and women are necessary if we expect to win the war. Nlany young men are being given military deferment so that they mav finish their college courses. Thousands of men and women are being given tecli- nical training in government schools at government expense. Boys who have a good background of mathematics and science are eagerly being sought by all branches of the service. These and many other facts should clearly indicate to all our students that it is their patriotic duty to prepare themselves for service to our country by doing their school work to the best of their ability.
