WE DEDICATE This Yearbook to MR. R. J. WARNER Superintendent of Xenia City Schools The editor and staff of the 1954 CEN-SEN and the entire Senior class respectfully dedicate this year- book to our superintendent, R. J. Warner in recog- nition of his service to the schools of Xenia. For the past eighteen years, Mr. Warner has ably served as director of all the affairs of the Xenia City schools. Because his offices are located in our build- ing, we students of Xenia Central are well acquainted with his friendliness and co-operation. He has achieved success who has lived well, laugh- ed often, and loved muchg who has gained the respect of intelligent men and the love of little children, who has filled his niche and accomplished his taskg who has left the world better than he found it, whether by an improvedpoppy, a perfect poem, or a rescued soulg who has never lacked appreciation of earth's beauty or failed to express itg who has always looked for the best in others, and given the best he had, whose life was an inspirationg whose memory a benediction. 6
