McNicho1as, O.P., Was Archbishop of Cincinnati. His solicitude for the flock entrusted to his care was evidenced in many ways, but in a very particular manner in his interest in education as a training grounds for militant Catholics. He was a true friend of Xavier University. Requiescat in pace.
