Admmzlfimizbn Intrusted to administration is the formulation of policies affecting school and community, teacher and pupil, and inter pupil relationships. The in- ter-action of these factors must he cor- related with the tempo of the increas- ingly complex situations in the world of today. Administration must took backward as Weil as forward. It must temper the hest of the practices of the past with the trends of the present. This requires a skillful sifting of to- dayys drives so as to eliminate that which is transient and short-lived from that which will become permanent and enduring. Today is ephemeral.
