COLOPHON ARTICLES CF RESTRICTION All springs or Water courses in Wyomissing, and if found on any portion of the property in Wyomissing, are hereby reserved by the company, and no buyer or buyers of prop- erty on which such springs or Water courses may be found, shall have the right to their sole use, nor in any event use or sell their Water for gain or any consideration. No street car lines of any kind Whatever, shall ever occupy the Boulevards of Wyomissingp nor shall the avenues, or any of the streets ot this plan, be used or occupied by same, unless by the consent and approval of a majority of the residents of Wyomissing at the time application is made for the use of avenues or streets for such purposes, and then only upon securing consent of such majority of residents in Writing.
