There were three: German, Latin, and French, which were all very successful. German Night was highlighted by several skits and displays about Germany's contribu- tions to the United States. The main attraction ofLatin Night was the Gladiator Spectacular, which was, in other words, an arm wrestling contest. Stan Kar- dish was victorious for the boys, with Mary Rose Yurcho winning it for the girls. The Latin Club also had a fashion show, an art exhibit, and a sing along. Other schools par- ticipating were Bishop Hoban and Bishop O'Reilly. French Night started out with a pantomine routine performed by several members of the French Club. During the evening there were many activities, including French ehildren's games, folk songs, and art exhibits. The night was ended by a terrific grande finale, The Can Can!
