Cross-Countr Commencemenf of The school year was followed swiflly by lhe opening ol lhe l968-I969 cross-counlry season. Following lasl year's line season. This campaign proved disappoinling. The Sparlan road-runners and Coach Brun- ner Iried courageously lo shape a suc- cessful season, bu+ fell somewhal shor'r of The mark, losing lo Meyers and Coughlin in dual meels, and posling one win al lhe expense of G.
