Mr. Shay came to Wyoming as agricul- ture instructor in 1935, and built up that department until it is recog- nized as being one of the best agri- culture departments in the state. All this was achieved by the many hours he spent everyday working to make this department even better. His activities were not limited only to the schoolg he was a very active citizen in the affairs of the town. His life could not have been dedi- cated to amore fitting profession than the one he chose, that of guiding young boys and girls.
