Student Council Secretary Diane Brown, Reporter Lynne Crain, and Vice-president Janice Walker watched and listened approvingly as President Max Caldwell un- veiled the plaque that the WJHS Council presented to departing Principal Lamar Cole. Junior High Student Council Elastic” is a good word to de- scribe the Junior High Student Council. It bends to encompass the needs of the students. Meetings are usually twice a month, but if a mat- ter warrants an unscheduled meet- ing, it will be held. Within this group the representa- tives' desire to help his fellow student in school is hoped to ex- tend into each student's daily life.
