VARSITY FOOTBALL After a trying season the football team finished with a 1--8 record. Although they played a tough game all the way, it seemed they lacked the power and experience to win repeatedly. Several of Wyn- ford's games were lost by last minute drives which penetrated our line. In their fifth game of the season Wynford fought for and received their one and only victory. This took place on a special night at Wynford--it was Parent's Night. After a 61 yard run by Neil Bardon, Wynford pulled ahead and from then on it was our game. 52
