This goal can only be achieved through constant improvement. The Birm- ingham Plan was designed to introduce pro- posals to further quality education. Accord- ing to this plan, individual scheduling and independent study will be stressed. A committee has also been appointed to investigate the possibilities of a Teen Cen- ter.
