These clubs are composed of girls interested in furthering their diving and swimming abili- ties, and membership is obtained by tryouts. The Splash Club consists of the more ex- perienced swimmers, and the members of the B Club become Splash Club members after one year. The Splash Club tries to become more skilled in the synchronized phase of the sport, which is combining strokes and stunts to form rhythmic patterns in the water, sometimes swimming to music. Each club meets once a week during the fall and spring months, and each club works on Life Saving and Water Safety Instruction as an annual project. A Swim Show is presented bi-annually and is always an outstanding event attended by many people and enjoyed by all. This year, the club's Swim Show was called the Sea Swimposium. With the help of the Art Club, the Printing Department, the Cus- todians, Miss Hill, and the hard-working swimmers, the show was a success both nights it was performed, November 21 and 22 ' The officers of the Splash Club ate: presi- dent, Eugenia Mangelsdorfg vice-president, Judy Hubbard, and secretary-treasurer, Pat McGinnis.
