Mathematics and Science Fierd Day are taken, rocar industries are visited, and speakers are engaged tor some meetings to make them protitabre tor everyone. The club is organized to create interest in teaching and to encourage high school students to prepare for o career in teaching. Meetings are held on the second Monday of every month. Outstanding highlights of this year included a special dinner for all senior members at the Wesley Methodist Church and a Valentines party. This year from the 0 membership of the club a Secretary of the Year was elected, and she was given an S80 0 O Z D scholarship to the school of her choice. Money was raised for this scholarship by the club O o A x O O selling Christmas wrappings. The members made shorthand Christmas posters which were 0 Q distributed throughout the classrooms. One of their outstanding parties was the Christmas ' A dinner at West Haven. Some of the other parties of the year were a Wiener Roast, Chili supper and a tea. The officers are: Mickie Hopson, President, Gloria Haldeman, vice-presie dent,' Mary Smith, secretary' and Bonnie Ni h I , c os, treasurer. The sponsor is Miss ReMinta Rasmuson.
