Front row: Bill Blanchard, Carol Braly, This year's junior population elected their officers to lead the class and plan their activities to carry them to their long awaited senior year. Officers elected were Bill Blanchard, president, Bill Bennett, vice-presidentg Carol Braly, secretaryg and Roy Hicks, treasurer. Spring started the juniors on their final steps toward becoming seniors of 1954. The first step was the much awaited junior party held in April. Next, they selected rings to be worn throughout next year. The final step-that step which raised the juniors to the seniors of 1954-was the receiving of the tradi- tional robe from the senior president which symbolizes the passing of respon- sibility and authority to the new senior class of 54 . The freshman class is always looking for activities. This year's freshman officers to help plan the fun were Jere Russell, presi- dentg Larry Day, vice-presidentg Barbara Woods, secretaryg and Don Heinbach, treasurer. Wyandotte's smallest class, the freshman, consists of 213 students. It has dropped from the number in 52.
