To come to another country and not know anybody is sometimes not very easy; but for me, the first day I came to this school, it seemed that I had known you since far back. It certainly has been the most wonderful year ever, and one reason is because I've made wonderful friends here in WVHS. My stay has given me many unforgettable memories from our school. I love everyone of you and I will never forget how pleasant you have made my stay in U. S. I hope you always stay as nice and friendly to everybody as you have been to me. Idon'tknow how to find words to explain how much I want to thank you for this year. At least I can say; If you ever come to Sweden, my door will always be open for you. I will miss you. When I first came here I thought I landed in a totally different world, far away from my world at home. During this one year here I got the opportunity to see lots of interesting places, to live with a nice family, to visit a good school, to make many friends, and to learn many things. I learned and lived many aspects of life in Wyalusing. This showed me that we aren't too different, even if you are American and I am German. We all should try to see and live that way.
