An experience that I hope will help to bring a better international understanding. By living here (despite our differences in customs, habits, and ways of life) we all have learned that no matter how far apart we live geographically, how different we are in color, how differently we are governed, all human beings are essentially alike. To all the people of Spring Hill and the surrounding communities, I wish to express my thanks for their warm hospitality. I will always remember with greatest pleasure their thoughtfulness and kindness. Andrew B. L. Aliat Exchange Students It has been a wonderful year for me here at W.V.H.S. This is a year which I shall never forget. I shall thank all the students for how friendly they have been to me while I stayed here, and I have felt so welcome everywhere I have gone. It has been just like another home to me. The year has gone by so fast— even too fast. I am glad that I got to be a foreign exchange student, and especially glad that I had a chance to spend my year here at W.V.H.S.
