The purpose of this organization is a better under- standing of the German way of life - culture, people, their history, past and present. It is patterned after the traditions of the German Order of Knights After a yearlof German, stu- dents make costumes in Med- ieval style, colorful shields, and swords to add to their knightly appearance.

During this school year the French Club attempted to find a sister school, but it has failed to be found. Also this year the French Club held its traditional banquet. OFFICERS: Mike May, president Dianna Mooney, vice-president Janis Shelton, secretary, Fran Hill, historian, Christy Moller treasurer.
